Functions

The Gore RSA has a few options when it comes to meeting rooms. We have our traditional clubrooms broken into individual zones that meetings can take place Monday – Sunday each week

For larger groups we have our Function room adjacent to the kitchen. This room can hold 350 people seated for a funeral or presentation theatre style. For weddings and anniversaries, you can setup with round or rectangular tables with seating of around 150 people comfortably. This ensures there is enough room to move around between tables and allow extra room for a buffet meal to be served or an area to dance in should a band be present. The room has its own bar service area which can be hired if needed although it is a bottle only bar but eftpos is available. We have a large array of decorations for any occasion, but you are welcome to bring in your own if desired however there are limitations to what can be attached to the furnishings. Tablecloths (Black or White) can be hired for that special occasion. The function room is equipped with a large projector and screen, two large TV’s, Whiteboard, Sound System, Free Wi-Fi and Aircon. Catering can be arranged for any type of function and access to the main club restaurant is simple. (Sorry no BYO allowed)
